i was almost ready to give a glowing review of this place till i noticed the filthy bathroom with hair everywhere! not to mention, the shockingly cramped room left no space for my things. i suppose i should've asked for some special treatment since i’m obviously more esteemed than the average traveler, but alas, no one seemed to note my superiority.

Nuea Santa Cruz offers a great experience with a decent-sized room featuring a nice en-suite bathroom. The breakfast was a simple but varied buffet, including hot dishes. The staff was remarkably accommodating, as they prepared a picnic breakfast for our early morning train ride. The location was also perfect for exploring the city's sights on foot, enhancing our overall stay.
The street noise at night can be bothersome.

Charming stay in Seville's heart
Located in a picturesque area, the staff was incredibly kind, providing a charming atmosphere reminiscent of a fairytale scenery. Breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, making mornings enjoyable.
However, be prepared for potential noise from nearby church bells which can disrupt sleep. Also, the absence of an elevator adds a challenge for those on higher floors.

missingWrote a review on 01 Septself-serve breakfastclean roomhelpful staffcomplicated check-in process
We had a fantastic time with friends exploring the local spots. Perfect location made it easy to visit the historic cathedral and the beautiful Plaza de España. The self-serve breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff was always ready to help. Our room was clean and matched the pictures, giving us everything we needed.
The check-in process was a bit complicated, as there wasn't a traditional reception. We had to use an app, which delayed us by around an hour until we sorted it out.

missingWrote a review on 07 Julconvenient locationeffective air conditioningcomplicated check-indisruptive noiselimited wifi
The location was ideal, just a quick stroll to major attractions and surrounded by restaurants. The air conditioning provided much-needed comfort during the heat. On the downside, the absence of a traditional reception process was frustrating. checking in via an app took a significant amount of time and created confusion. Additionally, noise from nearby church bells disrupted sleep and there was limited wifi, only accessible in the hallway.

Awesome location and vibe!
The decor was super stylish, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. Loved the breakfast, so many options to choose from! The only bummer was the small shower space, a bit tough to maneuver around. Still, it was clean and cozy, perfect for exploring Sevilla!

Just a solid selection for a short-term stay in Seville with great value. The self-service breakfast had lots of tasty options, which was a nice surprise. Try to request a room away from the street for quieter nights.

Fantastic location for exploring Seville with friendly staff who are always ready to help. The room was comfortable and bright, though it faced a quiet side street, which allowed for peaceful nights. However, the breakfast area is quite limited, and be prepared for noise from other guests at times.
